OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Thousands of people walked through downtown Omaha for the annual Berkshire Hathaway shareholder meeting, but many noticed something different this year: construction.
Crowds traveled from other states and countries for one of Omaha’s major tourist events. Some shareholders were new and some were returning, but something they all noticed was the construction.
“Oh it feels like every year I’ve come here there’s been a lot of construction in Omaha,” said Bob Kaplan, visiting from Chicago, Illinois.
