OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The CEO of BioSecurity Technology is facing several charges alleging he committed securities fraud worth millions of dollars after promising investors the company would go public while withholding key information.
Court records state that Daniel Lynn, 71, was booked into Douglas County Corrections on Tuesday morning to face 12 felony counts of securities fraud.
