OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – An Omaha teen published a children’s book aimed at helping young readers understand people with disabilities.
Benjamin Ingram Jr. published “Quentin and the New Friend” at 17 years old. The book was born from a friendship that began three years ago when his father became a shared living provider for someone with a disability. Benjamin calls him Ace.
