OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – One of several men accused of repeatedly sneaking into the basement of a West Omaha home to have sex with a 15-year-old has forfeited his bond.
Travis Tierney, 56, a former brain surgeon, forfeited his bond under a judge’s order from Friday. The money goes to the county treasury.
Two years ago, Tierney paid $75,000 to get out of jail before trial on sexual assault of a child charges.
As part of the original bond requirements, he was not supposed to leave Douglas County. A fugitive team learned he was in Arizona without permission…
