OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Avenue One has announced another big tenant for its new “Good Life district” shopping center.
Popular outdoors retailer L.L. Bean has signed on with plans to lease a 15,000-square-foot store at the “mixed-use destination,” according to a Thursday news release from Avenue One.
“The addition of L.L.Bean reflects the caliber of brands being drawn to Avenue One and the strong alignment between our vision and today’s leading lifestyle retailers,” said Jeffrey Hofer, Asset and Development Manager at Jasper Stone Partners. “As construction progresses and the site continues to take shape, we’re seeing strong momentum from national brands seeking a presence in West Omaha.”…
