OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The CDC confirmed an Ebola case Monday involving an American who was working in the Democratic Republic of Congo when symptoms appeared over the weekend. A test came back positive late Sunday.
The CDC is moving that person, along with six high-risk contacts, to Germany. Flight times from the region are shorter there, and specialized care is already in place.
