OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Semi trucks turning around in front yards where children play has become a reality for residents near a highway construction zone.
Tayler Wickham, a Bennington resident, said the problem started last week when construction began on a bridge off Highway 133, blocking part of the intersection near her home.
