Murder charge dropped against man accused in deadly shooting outside Orlando nightclub

ORLANDO, Fla. – Jean Gabriel Borja Gil De La Madr, the man charged in a deadly shooting outside an Orlando nightclub, is no longer facing charges of second‑degree murder with a firearm.

According to documents obtained by News 6, prosecutors could not “prove beyond a reasonable doubt use of force was not justified.”
