ORLANDO, Fla. – Charges have been dropped against the teenager accused in a deadly 2023 shooting outside Orlando’s Dezerland Park, court documents show.
Jasper Rollins II had been charged as an adult with second-degree murder and two counts of aggravated battery in connection with the shooting outside Dezerland Park on International Drive.
