WINTER PARK, Fla. — Members of the Winter Park City Commission are reviewing a proposed $247 million budget for next year as the city weighs its funding priorities and the possible impact of a Florida property tax reform amendment on the November ballot.
The proposed budget includes nearly $95 million for the city’s general fund. City staff said priorities include road resurfacing, police and fire pensions, and utility rate adjustments, based on feedback from a citywide survey.
