Early voting continues in Orange County ahead of Tuesday’s primary

Early voting is underway in Orange County ahead of Tuesday’s primary election, with voters able to cast ballots at locations throughout the county through Sunday.

Early voting began Aug. 3 and continues through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. The primary includes federal, state and local contests.

Two early-voting locations are available in Apopka: the Apopka Community Center, 519 S. Central Ave., and the John H. Bridges Community Center, 445 W. 13th St.

Last Tuesday, about 50 members of the Apopka Progressive Seniors Club voted together at the Bridges Center after attending their weekly meeting in another building on the property. Club members gathered for a group photo before heading to Building A to cast their ballots…
