Cranes Roost Park has announced a packed schedule of community events for September and October, including live music, food trucks, cultural celebrations and Halloween activities.
The next event is the annual Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 7 to 10:30 a.m. The event honors firefighter Stephen Siller and supports first responders and military members. This year marks the 14th anniversary of the Orlando-area event at Cranes Roost Park. Registration is required.
September events
The Uptown Vibes Food Truck Extravaganza returns Saturday, Sept. 19, from 6 to 10 p.m. with live music from Sheila and the Sound Band, more than 20 food and dessert vendors, specialty vendors and family-friendly activities. Admission is free, with food and drinks available for purchase.
On Saturday, Sept. 26, the Big Beth Revival Tour will visit the park from 4 to 10 p.m. The outdoor ministry event will feature gospel preaching, worship and a converted semi-truck serving as a mobile stage. No registration is required.
October brings cultural and Halloween events
Hola at the Park is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 3, from 2 to 6 p.m. The Hispanic Chamber of Metro Orlando event will feature food, live entertainment, local businesses, wellness activities and family programming celebrating Hispanic culture and entrepreneurship…
