Nine members of Orlando gang plead guilty to drug trafficking charges

ORLANDO, Florida — Nine members or associates of the RMS/EBK gang have pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges, according to United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe.

Christian Rou-Rey, a 23-year-old from Kissimmee, faces 15 years to life in prison for charges including drug trafficking conspiracy and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, with sentencing set for July 29, 2026. Jeremiah Maldonado, a 21-year-old from Orlando, pleaded guilty to distributing fentanyl resulting in death and faces 20 years to life, with a sentencing date to be determined.

Benjamin Rivard, a 31-year-old from Clermont, also pleaded guilty to distributing fentanyl resulting in death and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, facing 25 years to life with sentencing on August 19, 2026. Elena Falzone, a 23-year-old from Orlando, faces 5 to 40 years in prison for drug trafficking conspiracy and distribution of fentanyl, with sentencing on August 19, 2026…
