KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A vacant Northeast apartment complex has caught fire for the 15th time this year, with the most recent blaze breaking out Monday morning at Olive Park Village.
The complex, located at East 9th and Olive Street, also burned on March 5.
