PENSACOLA, Florida — EP Hall, a 42-year-old resident, has been indicted on federal charges for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, and possession of a controlled substance.
Hall appeared in federal court for his arraignment before United States Magistrate Judge Zachary C. Bolitho in Pensacola, Florida. A jury trial is scheduled for July 20, 2026, before United States District Court Judge T. Kent Wetherell, II, according to a press release from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida.
If convicted, Hall faces up to 15 years in prison for the firearm charge and up to three years for the drug charge. The case is being investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, along with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant United States Attorney Alicia H.
