ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla.– A sudden stop on Interstate 10 in Escambia County on Sunday morning left a tractor-trailer blocking a westbound lane after its load shifted and spilled into the roadway.
The incident happened at 10:29 a.m. at mile marker 10 on Interstate 10 (State Road 8), according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
