SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — A 28-year-old woman was arrested for child neglect in Navarre after her young child was found walking down the road alone with no shoes, according to an arrest report.
Deputies arrested Grace Taylor on Monday. She’s being held in Santa Rosa County Jail on $5,000 bond.
