Pensacola Little Theatre (PLT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandy Cox as its new Executive Director. Sandy joined the organization on August 10, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in organizational transformation, community partnerships, and mission-driven leadership.
Following a nationwide search, the Board of Directors selected Sandy for her proven ability to lead organizations through growth and change. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of TexARTS in Austin, Texas, where she led the purchase and renovation of the organization’s first permanent home while expanding programming, philanthropic support, and community partnerships. She also held executive leadership roles in the technology sector and served as Mayor of Lakeway, Texas.
