The Escambia County Department of Animal Welfare is excited to partner with the BISSELL Pet Foundation for its “Empty the Shelters” adoption event, offering free adoptions for dogs and cats one year or older until Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Escambia County Animal Welfare encourages the community to visit the shelter and consider giving a forever home to one of the many loving pets available for adoption.
