An investigation is ongoing, officials said, after a man was found shot to death along a Northeast Philadelphia roadway early Thursday.
According to police, officers responded to a shooting along the 1600 block of Tyson Avenue, in the Oxford Circle section of Northeast Philadelphia around midnight, early Thursday, to find a man who had been shot.
