Someone who bought a $10 scratch off lottery ticket in Bucks County is a lot richer today.
A winning $20,000 a Month for Life ticket was sold in at the Giant supermarket at 720 West Street Road in Warminster, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery. The ticket was for the top prize in the game: $20,000 a month for life or $3.2 million, less taxes, of course.
