A Philadelphia woman is taking matters into her own hands after thieves stole her SUV, launching her own search effort and offering a unique reward to anyone who helps bring it home.
Wendy Wolf, who lives in the Port Richmond neighborhood, discovered that her blue Honda CR V had vanished from outside her home early Saturday morning. At first, she thought she might have simply forgotten where she parked.
