PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A person is in custody after investigators made a strange discovery in a home in Olney. Sources said there were bomb-making materials and other chemicals inside.
Investigators have been focusing on a three-story home on Chew Avenue, near Fourth Street. The windows are boarded up in the front and back. Neighbors said there was a fire there last year.
