North Wales Borough restaurant owner Andres Mena Camargo is facing criminal charges following a months-long undercover investigation in which Pennsylvania State Police allege he illegally sold alcoholic beverages at both his North Wales and Norristown Mexican restaurants without the required state liquor license.
