A West Philly resident told NBC10 that she and her entire family have been displaced after a neighboring rowhome partially collapsed in West Philadelphia early Sunday.
At the scene along the 6100 block of Delancey Street in West Philly early Sunday, debris could be seen littering the ground in the rear of a rowhome along the block following the partial collapse of a vacant two-story rowhome.
