PHILADELPHIA, PA — A Philadelphia man was sentenced Wednesday to 69 months in federal prison for directing an identity theft and bank fraud scheme that caused more than $100,000 in losses, with the term to begin after he completes a separate state sentence of up to 64 years for attempted murder.
U.S. District Judge Jeffrey L. Schmehl also sentenced Charles E. Poole III, 48, to five years of supervised release and ordered him to pay more than $1 million in restitution.
