(WHTM) — Two men of ten accused in an interstate auto theft conspiracy that included the theft of several higher-end vehicles in Snyder County were sentenced this week.
Nigel Criss, 27, of Philadelphia, and Rafael Otero Nieves, 41, of Baltimore learned their fate before Chief U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann in a Scranton courtroom, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Criss will spend 54 months in a federal lockup and Nieves will face 84 months…
