A $69 million apartment complex could soon rise on a PHA-owned lot bordering Temple University, bringing 129 affordable units to North Philadelphia, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The Philadelphia Housing Authority has partnered with New York-based developer Jonathan Rose Companies on the six-story building, planned for a 1.4-acre site at 1915 N. 11th St., just a block from the Temple University Regional Rail station.
