Two corrections officers have been charged with helping to smuggle contraband into Fort Dix, authorities announced Wednesday, Sept. 16.
Corrections officers Cameron Paige, a 43-year-old Cinnaminson resident, and Ian Dennis, a 32-year-old Philadelphia resident, helped provide contraband to the prison. Joe Lee McQuay, 48 and Keith Navarro Palmer, 41, two federal prisoners, are also charged for their involvement in the scheme, U.S. Attorney Robert Frazier said. Eden Germain, a 27-year-old Delran resident, is also charged.
From May 2025 through May 2026, the defendants conspired with each other and others to smuggle contraband, including knives, marijuana, tobacco, cellular phones, vapes, cell phone chargers, tool kits, and a tattoo kit into Fort Dix, which they sold to inmates detained at the prison, Frazier said…
