SEPTA Police are investigating after a viral video posted to social media showed a man holding onto the back of a moving L train, SEPTA spokesperson Andrew Busch said.
According to Busch, police are trying to identify the man seen in the video.
The man is believed to have held onto the back of the L train as it went westbound between the 40th and 46th Street Stations, Busch said…
