City officials are warning that major changes to Medicaid eligibility and requirements are approaching, and hundreds of thousands of residents could be affected in the coming months.
In Philadelphia, 645,000 people are enrolled in Medicaid, and about 180,000 of them are considered at risk of losing coverage under provisions of President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
