(NewsNation) — As the investigation into the Philadelphia ‘house of horrors’ continues, former CIA agent Tracy Walder suggests federal charges may be coming for Eugene Horsch.
The investigation into the home began when Horsch, 44, was stopped for suspected drug activity. Law enforcement officers found fake federal IDs on him and his female companion gave police an ID belonging to missing woman Blair Tonzelli, which she said Horsch had given her.
After Horsch’s arrest, police began searching the home and recovered at least one illegal gun, a marijuana grow operation and fake badges. Multiple urns holding cremated remains and containers with unknown chemicals were also found, according to investigators.

“They have him on that fraud charge, but I think they’re actually probably going to be able to charge him federally based on the fact that he was potentially impersonating a federal law enforcement officer, so a DEA officer,” Walder told “NewsNation Prime.”…
