A 57-year-old man is facing a new murder charge after a shooting victim died more than 16 months after a double shooting, according to court documents.
On April 30, 2025, Jaylisa Quinones Pinet, 33, of Philadelphia, and Jose Ramos Cepeda, 39, of Allentown, were shot on East Luzerne Street in Juniata Park. Quinones Pinet died from her injuries. Ramos Cepeda spent more than a year hospitalized before dying Sept. 13, according to court records.
