An 83-year-old woman is hospitalized after she was hit by stray gunfire while sitting on the front porch of her home on Wednesday, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
The shooting unfolded just before 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 30 along the 2300 block of North Gratz Street in North Philly, Philadelphia Police Chief Inspect Scott Small told NBC10.
