A Frontier Airlines passenger pulled down her underwear in the plane’s aisle and threatened to kill fellow travelers, an affidavit filed Tuesday says.
60-year-old Dulce Huertas faces charges of simple assault, interference with a flight crew, and indecent exposure, according to a Department of Justice press release.
The affidavit, signed by an FBI special agent, says Huertas had two alcoholic drinks while flying from Orlando to Philadelphia last November.
It added that when the plane was about to land, Huertas stood up and said “I have to pee,” before yelling and cursing at a flight attendant who told her to sit down.
