Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP announced a 13-year lease extension at its 1313 Market St. headquarters location at the former Hercules Plaza building. Potter Anderson is planning a redesign and modernization of its office space, which is expected to be completed in time for the firm’s 200th anniversary in 2026.
