New Jersey State Police responded to a motor vehicle crash at 12:37 p.m. on in the southbound lanes near milepost 39.6 in Burlington County, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said.
Dorian Flemmins, 39, of Trenton, was driving a Volvo tractor-trailer southbound when he lost control of the vehicle, ran off the roadway to the left, and struck the east guardrail, police said.
