Arrest made in mistaken identity killing of 20-year-old woman in West Philly

An arrest has been made in the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old woman last month in what Philadelphia police say was a case of mistaken identity.

Police announced Thursday that 24-year-old Hamza Ruley has been arrested in connection with the killing of Imani Ringgold.

Investigators say two other suspects – Mustafa King, 26, and Zaire Manning, 21 – remain at large.
