NORRISTOWN — A member of the Pagans Outlaw Motorcycle Gang will serve a jail term after he admitted to being involved with other club members in the physical assault of two rival bikers on the parking lot of the Wawa in West Norriton Township, an altercation that erupted in gunfire and injured six people, including two innocent bystanders.
Manuel “Machete” Baez-Santos, 35, of the 2800 block of Stanbridge Street in Norristown, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court on Thursday to a felony charge of aggravated assault and a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit simple assault in connection with the 9:12 p.m. Oct 17, 2025, altercation and shooting that occurred with two members of the rival Unknown Bikers Motorcycle Gang on the parking lot of the Wawa at 2544 W. Main St. in West Norriton.
Judge Risa Vetri Ferman, who accepted a plea agreement in the case, sentenced Baez-Santos to 11½ to 23 months in the county jail. Baez-Santos will receive credit for 156 days that he served in jail while awaiting court action on the charges, following his arrest on Oct. 30, 2025…
