An investigation is underway after skeletal remains were found near a creek in Northeast Philadelphia Friday afternoon, police said.
Police responded to the 2800 block of Grant Avenue at 2:50 p.m. where they found the skeletal remains of an adult. The officers secured the scene. The remains will be transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the cause of death.
