Flights arriving at Philadelphia International Airport on Saturday were delayed an average of 25 minutes due to weather conditions, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
According to the FAA’s Air Traffic Control System Command Center, a Traffic Management Program was still in effect as of 2:20 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, for traffic arriving at PHL due to weather and low clouds.
