Authorities issued a SAFE Alert for a missing 62-year-old man who was last seen in Phoenix on Monday.
Howard Harrison was last seen in the area of 20th Street and Thomas Road around 12:30 a.m., according to the Phoenix Police Department. He was in his black wheelchair when he left his assisted living group home.
He is a Black man around 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 247 pounds and has black eyes and a bald head with some gray fuzz, police said…
