Authorities have issued a SAFE Alert for a missing 41-year-old man who was last seen on foot in Avondale on Saturday night.
Cesar Varela Rodriguez was last seen around 7:45 p.m. leaving a residence in the 900 block of South 9th Street, near Dysart Road and Main Street, according to the Department of Public Safety.
Varela Rodriguez is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has black-to-gray hair and brown eyes, authorities said…
