PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A mistrial has been declared in the case against an ex-Phoenix police officer and his wife, who are accused of killing their daughter.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Patricia Starr made the ruling on Monday, three weeks after Germayne and Lisa Cunningham were released from jail amid the couple’s ongoing trial.
