EVO North Scottsdale Brings Time-Tested Italian Favorites

EVO has established itself as a go-to for authentic Italian comfort food and elevated late-night dining with a more than decade-long history in Scottsdale. Ten years after the original Old Town location was established in 2013, the restaurant expanded with its North Scottsdale restaurant in 2023, bringing the same warm and inviting atmosphere, hearty Italian-inspired menu and an expansive bar program to a modern and sophisticated indoor-outdoor space conveniently located just north of Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter.

The glamorous interior at the North Scottsdale location maintains EVO’s welcoming feel while providing an eclectic atmosphere that differentiates itself from the Old Town location. The fun and vibrant vibe is immediately on display with the neon “Feed Me and Tell Me I’m Pretty” sign and cascading feather chandelier that greets guests upon their arrival. The feel extends to its cozy patio, which offers a sense of calm and seclusion with its enclosure of greenery, neon “Be Here Now” sign and hanging basket chair. It offers the perfect backdrop for happy hours, family dinners, and EVO’s signature late-night dining.

At both locations, owner Nick Neuman brings the flavors of his childhood visiting family in Rome and Milan to the menu, which features traditional Italian favorites such as the EVO Meatballs, arancini, Old-World Pepperoni Pizza, and chicken parmesan. All dishes are prepared with local, seasonal ingredients, but the star of the menu is the selection of 11 handmade pasta dishes which all feature fresh, made-in-house pastas with house-made sauces. Standouts include the short rib ragu with sweet peas, Calabrian chili and stracciatella, as well as the bolognese, lasagna, and lobster and shrimp tortellini.

Alongside the lineup of quintessential Italian dishes, diners will find a variety of American classics – from grilled salmon and filet mignon to the Old Town Burger – making EVO North Scottsdale a crowd pleaser for groups with assorted preferences…
