Scott Township, Pa. — Three people are facing charges after they were found swimming nude and drinking alcohol in Koch Park, police say.
Scott Township Officer Andrew Rupp was patrolling near Koch Park around midnight on June 28 when he noticed a silver Dodge pickup truck parked in the lot after dark, despite signs stating the park was closed.
As Rupp approached the water, he reported hearing voices and music. He then found three people in the water, along with an open cooler and three empty alcoholic beverage cans on nearby rocks…
