Bloomfield’s Little Italy Days is back on Liberty Avenue, bringing four days of Italian food, live entertainment, bocce and neighborhood celebration to Pittsburgh.
The festival runs Thursday, Aug. 13, through Sunday, Aug. 16, stretching along Liberty Avenue from Ella Street to Gross Street. Started in 2002, the event is now in its 24th year and regularly draws more than 100,000 visitors to Bloomfield. Admission is free.
Festival organizers say attendees can expect hundreds of food, craft and retail vendors, with Italian staples ranging from pasta, meatballs and sausage to cannoli, pizza and Italian desserts.
