Cranberry Township, Pa. — A Pennsylvania man was arrested after FBI agents seized a rifle and ammunition from a hotel room and charged him with a federal crime of terrorism linked to ISIS, the Justice Department said.
Jonathan Hunter Kramer, 21, of Butler County near Pittsburgh, was charged by federal criminal complaint, according to a Justice Department release.
