The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has extended a flood watch through 8 a.m. Wednesday as more rain is expected across the region.
The watch covers Southwestern Pennsylvania, southeastern Ohio and northern West Virginia. The National Weather Service (NWS) said intermittent periods of moderate to heavy rain are expected through Wednesday morning on already saturated ground.
