A brand-new residential building in Pittsburgh’s Uptown neighborhood celebrated its official opening this week, with some tenants already unpacked and settled in while the developer continues accepting applications for the remaining apartments. The Standard on Fifth, a four-story, 51-unit building at 2120 Fifth Avenue, held its ribbon-cutting as part of what the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh’s Development & Modernization Team called a busy week of celebrations.
